Great management attitude and service. Simple rooms adequately fitted out and is good value for the money. Not as close to free city shuttle so do be prepared to walk a but unless you want to pay for city buses. Good service counts for a lot!

The owner was awesome with our situation. Helped my friend out. The rooms are basic but that's to be expected and is all we needed. Beds were comfy, room was clean and quiet. Easy to find, close to public transport and everything in the Valley

Happy with our stay it's nice and affordable but just needs maybe a bit more, living equipment like bowls and spoons, but otherwise good

I'm very disappointed with the customer service at Spring Hill, we had travelled 3 hours to Brisbane for river fire and got to the motel to be told we had to have a credit card for security, is was not stated ANYWHERE in the confirmation email that we had to have a credit card. Not everyone owns credit cards and I am ones of those people who don't. So then we were told because I don't have a credit card we have to give $200 cash security deposit, I don't really carry that much cash on me so we had to go to an ATM, when I tried to state there is absolutely nowhere in the confirmation email that we had to have a credit card or $200 cash therefore we shouldn't of had to give it to them he just said 'we have never had this problem before' and we said now we are running later he said 'well you should of come earlier' after this nonsense we were late so had to run to the boat for River fire on top of that it was my birthday, brilliant, nice rooms is all I can say about that

A wonderful treasure tucked away in Spring Hill but close to the city & amenities. Our room was clean, tidy & comfortable with bathroom & kitchennette. We loved the quaint attic feel of the room with the large slanted window. The Hosts were lovely & friendly & the freshly cooked brekky the best we’ve tasted in awhile. We definitely will return.
