If you are looking to make sign or logo for your shop, never never go to this shop, this is really a very very terrible shop, very very terrible shop owner!!! She made our shop logo with the wrong colour and without our approval, the colours were not what I chose on the sample colour chart at her shop. I lost $1,850 and our shop has no signboard. I'm writing this to tell everyone who's looking to make signs for their business, you don't want this to affect your business, don't bother wasting your time. Do not come to this shop to do any of your business products, I extremely regret not checking her shop reviews before getting a sign done here. DONT TRUST THIS SHOP!!!

This business owner is unbelievably irresponsible!!!! I wasted so much time and money ($2000) asking her to fix the signboard because the logo was the wrong colour that I ordered. She kept denying and ended up refusing to fix the colour and now I'm left with no product and money lost!!! Unbelievable!!!!! How can a business treat it's customer this way?!!!

My mother had her Business card made with them. They took advantage of the fact that my mother had limited English and little understanding in the making of a proper Business card. The quality was poor and it was far from what she had asked the person to do and she had no choice but to pay for it. Because I live in QLD, I called in to discuss the issues on behalf of my mother. Anna, the customer service representative that served my mum was very rudely mannered and refused to address the problem. She even charged me just to speak to her, which I refused . I recommend NOT this place!. Very bad customer service and quality of performance. It doesn't deserve a star but I had to give it one just to submit this review. Worst Printing Business in Australia. Total waste of money!
