Not just Craft Heven, but so much more, like the biggest range of Blinds and curtains, to everything you need for Parties! Excellent staff and great service.
Went there with my partner to buy curtains. The layout of the shop was easier to access. Staff were great. Most importantly, we managed to get curtains for our home. It took us a while to make a decision and we were quite pleased with the staff for assisting.
Fantastic customer service! Was looking for a particular product that was sold out in every store in Brisbane, except Windsor. Called ahead and they checked the stock availability, then physically went to check, and then came back and confirmed with me and popped the product aside for me to come collect, knowing I was driving an hour to get there. So helpful and friendly! I believe it was Ethan who originally took the call and the team that I spoke to in-store were exceptional too! Thank you so much!
Today I was served by Margaret and Ashleigh the service I received from these staff members went well above what was expected. Also Hough they were busy thay took the time to assist me course the product I required. Thank you. I must say the Windsor staff are all helpful and I always try there first. Suzie also gives great service and I love her since of humour. Well done all.
Staff are so friendly at this store and they have much better stock than Everton park. I much prefer going out of my way to go to Windsor Spotlight. Suzie went out of her way to help me with purchasing fabric for my wedding when no other spotlight store was willing to help.
