Just bought a fabric there and realized at home that it is damaged and I wont be able to use it for what I needed ... I also tried to get some informations about a sewing machine and get not realy support with this and needed to check on google reviews instead. Once at the cashier they automaticaly scanned the warranty extension 60$ for a 200$ machine without asking my preference.I asked them to remove it and it sounded awkard for them.... I have never been in a shop where seller were taking for granted that a warranty extension should be taken. Im usualy not expecting that much from seller but this shop has serious seller skills issues. I get some pb with Bondi shop where cash price was not matching displayed price on raw. I ve been asked to go back to the raw and take a picture if I wanted the price corrected. So basicaly as a customer I needed to do their job and Im pretty sure next cutomer will get same issue. Why this shop cant have proper trained sellers and cashiers ?

The store has a lot of stock across beefing, homewares, fabrics etc but it’s messy which doesn’t make the shopping experience pleasant. We asked for assistance with doonas however the service was lacklustre and a little nonchalant.nUndercover parking for all the centre stores with lift and escalator access to all floors.
As much as I love spotlight for so many of their products…… very big disappointment when I bought a dinner set few days ago.nI had bought the plates all seperate off the shelf which is fine but at the register they told me that they dont keep paper or anything for wrapping items!!!nThe staff are so lovely and helped me to find some scraps to use but really spotlight- you sell so many fragile items and then have no way of wrapping them to prevent breakage!!!!
Great service. I found what I needed and the staff was very helpful guiding me to where I needed to go instead of looking for things around the store.
