I was looking for iron on name tags which I located on the website and after trying to locate them myself and not having any luck I popped over to the counter in the habidashery section for assistance. The lady whose name I didn't get said they didn't sell it anymore but to give the craft section on the top floor a go. She also mentioned this was the second time she has gotten this same enquiry unsure of the relevance. Once at the craft section I was overwhelmed with the number of aisles and didn't feel like going down every one so enquired at the counter. This time the staff member asked to see the product on my phone & pointed me in the right direction - which would you believe was in the first lady's section!nnNot sure if staff are encouraged to look up their own website if unsure of the answer but if so, she would've seen they still sold this item & that it was actually 'in stock' at this particular store.nnI've given 4 stars because other experiences shopping here have been positive and they have a huge range. Btw it's worth becoming a member free to join to take avantage of member's prices.
Lovely staff members. I needed a trolley but the store didn't seem to have any which made it very difficult juggling a toddler and a newborn while trying to carry my shopping ‍
If you're very lucky, you'll get the opportunity to be served by the angel in the photo below from Spotlight North Lakes. She helped my to figure out how to create an amazing costume from an image of cartoon character. Such patience, professionalism an expertise for such a young person!nnThe selection of materials and trips are always a treat as well.
WoW THIS place is amazing, it just about has EVERYTHING one can imagine! A must go to if you need anything from fabric to well you got to go there to experience this! Not just one ground floor either, a lift yes a lift to a whole other floor of well I can feel my imagination working already!nKnowledgable and helpful staff!
They have a great range and great prices on their merchandise. A shame about the service. Tracey would have to be one of the rudest people I have come across. I can say she is consistent, the service everytime we visit is completely below acceptable. Her attitude of not wanting to help customers and lack of customer service, make me question why she is employed here. What makes it worse is we found out she is the manager. Her attitude is flowing onto other staff, Deb to mention just one. I asked for help, she said not my area and to walk up to the front counter for help.
