Lots of good deals & wide range...of products..can grab a donut deal & lime milkshake which I never get sick of.. good location with other good shops close to Spotlight..‍
Excellent product availability and fantastic service. When I was in to look for some curtains, rods, and blinds. Everything I needed was there, including the curtains rods and blinds. Too easy, the lady at the counter helped secured the items so that it was easier for us to cart them to our car.nnLove the short and sweet time we need to spend in store and able to get everything in one go. And I'm able to have them all installed as soon as I get home. I'm so happy that this is now off my to-do list.
I put 0 if I could for their customer service. Purchased yesterday and when I got hm I found that one of the cookie cutters is bent . So I called and was told that I have purchased a clearance item and normal price was about $35 and being reduced to $20. She said on the phone that I can't return a clearance product because clearance means something is broken or missing in a package. I didn't believe that I purchased clearance item so i went to the shop today to see it myself whether I missed the word clearance on the shelves . Well, no clearance mentioned as can be seen in the photo I took today. , it didn't say a clearance product. Price stated $20 as you can see. Spoke to one of the managers who said it's a plastic, can't see it as a problem, she called her colleague and said can you see a problem with this, her colleague said oh it's not a problem, it's plastic, you have to press it down. She said she can't take it back because I have opened the packaged and wrecked the sealing. I said to her it's a manufactured fault. And told her she can't say it's clearance knowing that they didn't advertised that as clearance as you can see in the photo. To be honest I love the product , I think it's a clever product. I look forward to hearing from spotlight head office about this issue. When she said I damaged the package and that's why I can't return it , to be honest ,I could do whatever I want with the packaged because I didn't have an intention to return it when I purchased it, because like I said, I love the product but I want non faulty product and that's my ras acustomer. I wasn't going in there demanding for my money back, I just want the replacement .nnI've reported this to their head office. Someone from their Resolution & Feedback Specialist team had reach out to me and has advised me that feedback will be passed on and retrain might be done to the managers and their team at Mt Druitt store so they know what to do in the future to avoid this to happen to other customers. I do thankyou for spotlight to help me and resolved my problem.
Dropped in to get some cake decorating essentials.nGreat range available, and the prices are good, even better if you are a member.nThey always have great sales on.nMy only criticism was the long wait to get served. There were 2 people serving and at least 10 people waiting.nThat's the reason for 4 not 4 stars.
Extremely poor service. I waited 10 minutes at the curtains counter and rang the bell three times, but employees walking by refused or couldn’t assist me. It's best to avoid this place altogether.
