This is a great spotlight. Staff are always really friendly and helpful when they can be. They seem to keep the store well stocked compared to other spotlights I've frequented.
Good place to get supplies for all manner of crafts. I was there to get Bona wood floor cleaner, but the shelves where it was supposed to be were empty, so the lady's for a ladder and took a lot of the large containers down to restock.
Massive spotlight warehouse. So much selection but not alot of staff around to help you. I had to go find some from another section. Great deals though for VIP members
Great selection of products, many I didn't even know Spotlight stocked. Prices were excellent due to seasonal sales. Staff were very helpful and made the experience all the much better
Great range of lamps and the staff are really helpful and knowledgeable. Good prices with regular discounting. You are also able to buy bulbs here as well.
It is a very huge store comparing to other spotlights. I enjoyed walking through it. Unfortunately I couldn't find the black candles as I was looking for!

It felt weird to be ID'd to pick up some fabric offcuts I ordered online even after showing the email for the order. Not bad otherwise but this system is bizarrely over the top for an order pickup.
Rang and asked them to put a sewing machine that was on special aside for me. I turned up half an hour later and machine was there behind the counter ready for me. I puchased the macuine froma polite and pleasant sales person. A very pleasant and smooth experience.
