Was served by the Store Manager Lisa today. The staff member we needed was sick with the other in training, so she stood in to help us order our ‘made to measure’ blinds with such ease and kindness. Noting the area manager was visiting their store and knowing how busy her day must of been, truly thank you for your patience, knowledge and time today!!
I love this place, it’s the closest I have. Well if spotlight open one close to Warwick that’ll be awesome
Pretty good fabric selection but since the store is pretty busy the shelves can get messy. Often a long wait for fabric cutting. If I'm up that way, I prefer Joondalup to Osborne Park.
One of the retail attendants was extremely rude as she was walking passed us, a water bottle dropped off the shelf no where near where we were standing so it was not caused by us but she yelled out to my sister to pick it up, when my sister said it wasn’t her that dropped it she said “that’s fine but means I don’t have to pick it up”. Honestly I work in customer service and although this seems little and petty, the way she spoke to us was unprofessional so I can’t even imagine how she treats her fellow co workers, I hope she sees this next time and improves the attitude.nnOn a plus note Marco that served us at the till was lovely!!
Went to return a couple things today but only had the proof of transaction via my bank statement- not the actual receipt. The manager” BRITT” was extremely rude, Firstly, she didn’t even want to come out when I asked for a manager because the first server was like I can’t do that myself. The manager when she did come out, she was so rude and blunt to me And then she said in the future, you need to be keeping your receipts, And I said yeah, in a perfect world I would have the receipt unfortunately I’ve misplaced it so I’ve got a proof of purchase by my bank transaction. She then cut me off and said yep, okay- It was just a very awkward weird interaction when I don’t think it needed to be
