Thank you, amazing humans!  Last night I was told that we were hosting a Queen Elizabeth Day breakfast. Exciting yes, unprepared yes. I arrived at Spotlight at 7.01pm, thinking they shut at 8pm, I asked if I could a few quick things for the breakfast. The lovely girl smiled and pointed me in the directions. I ran down to the party section but no crowns in sight!  A very tall, dark haired man some might say prince like guy asked me if I needed a hand. I did. After searching we couldn’t find any crowns and he reminded me that I wasn’t searching for a made crown, but a flat crown.  We both instantly found them.  I walked out at 7.15pm with a bag full of treasures ready for our breakfast.  Thank you for helping me, thank you for being polite and generous with your time and thank you for always being the place that helps when it feels like your searching for a gold needle in a hay stack.  I appreciate you all so much and your leaders must be amazing to have such incredible team members on the ground.

First visit to Everton Park Spotlight. Staff were helpful, however using the store toilets should come with a warning. Toilet paper dispensers broken, so paper placed on floor holder. Elderly or people with mobility issues would struggle to reach. The cleanliness was appalling. Please see attached photos for finger painting!!!!

Well, what can you say. It's Spotlight! I love it  99.5% of the time the staff are amazing, incredibly helpful, and happy! I absolutely love how they employ both men and women. It's a great store. Well done Spotlight

I used to shop at your Everton Park branch on a regular basis. I hadn't been in for about a year, until last week, and I was overwhelmed at the enormous range of home wares available, apart from the newest variety of fabrics.  Spotlight has it all, from top quality goods to polite and pleasant staff.

Just the place to go for all of those craft and sewing supplies. Spotlight sells all maner of fabrics, materials and threads for curtains, clothing, bedding. Anything you can make with a needle and cotton. There is a staffed measuring area for cutting fabric to order. They sell all manner of curtain rods fittings and fabric fittings. They supply and sell bedding supplies, lounge, carpets and floor mats as well as kitchen ware, cutlery, storage containers both large and small. Party and fancy dress supplies. Pricing can be a little expensive for some items but there is plenty of variety and specials available. Savvy shoppers will be able to spot the bargains.There is a merlo coffee shop located in the foyer. Spotlight observes and has measures in place for covid 19, so you can shop with safety.

Great selection of anything fabric, craft wool I have always found the staff quite helpful in making the right selection of fabrics for my projects.

Purchased $50 worth balloons for my sister birthday who is dying with cancer  they didn't even last 24 hrs! She text me to say she was just as deflated as the balloons which made me feel so sad. Never purchased helium balloons before that didn't last 2 to 3 days. I rung today at 5.25 and the lady at spotlight said that's what happens now : and I purchased the wrong ones! No care factor or offer to replace? Not good enough as yesterday my sister text 2 to 3 times to say how happy they made her feel.  Sad from  Pauline

I do like their products but the wools can be a bit ridiculous if we’re talking about the prices,  I had to buy 8x 100g yarns to complete a simple regular scarf, each cost about $7.50 and that’s not even their expensive wool  So it cost me about $60 to buy enough wool to knit a scarf.. very disappointing  A suggestion I could make is to make the wools bigger and reduce some of their prices a bit  this is just too much  But a wide range of products - specially many colours of embroidery treads available so that’s awesome

Absolutely love this store! Biggest spotlight in Queensland and it has all the things you need to paint, draw, colour and design! Incredible having everything an artist needs in one place! Thank you to the friendly staff and the lovely coffee lady out front.

The curtains i was looking for had sold out at my local store. I found the last pair at this store but was a day late with buying them on sale. The manager was kind enough to honour the sale price.  I was very impressed and grateful for this level of customer service.
