Nice large store with full shelves, staff are happy to assist is asked. The annoying thing is that not all stock has prices even shelves don't have prices, personally I find this very annoying as it is very easy to at least place the price of an item in the shelf. They do have price check scanners for customers to use but only a few.
The staff are very helpful and hostesses are amazing can not fault this airlines what so ever....
Alexander at the curtain section was brilliant. She would do anything to help you. You dont get first class customer service like this these days! Good on you Alexander!
Helpful service staff. Unsafe, cluttered, sticky and dirty shop floor. Customer price scanners are operational.
Friendly, helpful staff. Extensive range of products in most categories. Plenty of convenient parking.
They usually have all materials for most crafting projects, decoration for most occasions and seasons. Good discounts if you are a member. It has good parking area and toilets facilities.
Spotlight is great. Staff are helpful and as I am o ly interested in sewing stuff there is always great variety of materials. Unfortunately there is minimal staff and lines of people waiting to be served. It is a shame as I was prob there once a fortnight in the past now I only go if it is necessary
I just love this shop. Found it by accident on Google when looking for block out blinds. Have been back 3 times in the past month.
