As to be expected there is miles of product which is better if you know what you're looking for. It's very hit and miss with the staff, some are ultimately helpful and some roll their eyes as understandably many customers ask the same simple questions over and over again. This is really where you should start for this type of product if you don't find it here it, it's likely to be in a speciality store.
That was my first visit to Spotlight as I needed to buy some wool yarn for knitting. The store offers lots of accessories, bed linen and even kitchenware.
Divine. Yes, decidedly a divine shopping experience for a wide range of home materials and hobby craft goods at simply fantastic prices. There's also party costumes and decorations, things like window blinds, and a vaste array of cloth of every description. The Bondi Junction store has recently been reorganised and is much easier to access and find whatever you want. Staff helpful but a bit stretched at busy times. Worth joining their loyalty program. Parking across the road at Eastpoint Shopping Centre.
Helpful staff and a great place for any hoby. So much wool, fabric, beads, kitchen accessories, curtains and a lot of everything!
They are so helpful, the costumer service was fantastic, they help until you get your need.
Asked 3 different people where an item was and each one gave me a different location, so I left the store. Staff should be more knowledgeable.
Huge store for craft supplies, especially for fabric and blinds. Prices are great and staff are friendly.
Good variety, cheap prices, they just never answer their phone!
Service is pretty much always slow to non existent after visiting this store various times over the years, and standing here in line for 7 mins to buy curtain hooks is no different. Update - here in April 2020 to buy a clothes airer as my dryer broke, same old queue.
Great for all people who enjoy sewing knitting or any pastime needs
