I ran in last second trying to figure out a birthday party unexpectedly and was stressing but Milly was so helpful and calm. Helped me find everything I needed and even got my balloons inflated and presented perfectly. Very professional and polite, gave amazing customer service.
Conveniently located in the Birkenhead Point Shopping Complex with ample parking. It is spacious with isles well-marked for easy self-help. I could always find what I needed. The prices are reasonable. The service desk is efficient and provides assistance when needed.
I ordered a parcel online a month ago and it is still showing sitting at this store awaiting collection. I have tried to call over 29 times but they do not answer the phone. No customer service at all. $150 down the drain.
There are lots of great items. I found they dye I needed for the skort I accidentally bleached in blotches. The young man in the fabric section was exceptionally helpful. I wish all tetail staff were as pleasant and helpful as him.
Big store, lots of variety. We went there to buy blankets and quilts. Very warm and cozy blanket, I love it. Best place to buy bed sheets, towels , home wares, craft, unstitched cloth ect.
