Customer service was bad but the store has a good selection of boxing/mma/muay thai equipment but they couldn't care to check if both of the boxing gloves i bought were left and right.had to drive 30 minutes back during peak traffic time just to get the gloves right, we got no apologie or anything besides a from a joke. they were $289 on the website thez were $320 in store.for some reason most of the products online are cheaper by alot but in store they are an extra 20-30 dollars.
Purchased GM junior cricket bat 24/12/24.nnFantastic customer service - came in looking for a ball to throw on the beach, walked out with a brand new stick of English willow for my cricket mad son.nnWade & his family are all cricketers, so he knew straight away what we needed:nnNeed a mallet to check the ping - no worries. Scales to measure weight - no worries. Cover to protect the bat for the trip back to Cairns - no worries. Little things that make a difference.nnAll the support but no pressure at all. Brilliant.nnGreat selection of kit - store seems like a bit of a hidden gem. Will certainly do business again and recommend to all.nnThanks Wade.nnMark & Ollie.
Good customer service. Can improve with prices and in-store selection/variety. But I guess hard to compete with big businesses. So overall would go again to support the local businesses.
