5 stars for the ball sport and weight section staff, lovely people. The bald guy in the supplement store told off and swore at my son 9 who was bouncing a basketball I'd just purchased for him, he also has ADHD so it's hard for him to hold in his excitement over something new. So this drives my review down a few stars, there is better ways to ask a kid not to do something.
I asked at the hunting section several times for a pricelist for weapons stolen from my residence for the police and insurance.nThat was over two weeks ago just got fobbed off. No reply to my emails either.nI went to Brisbane and got the valuations within two days.nI am not sure what happened to service but obviously non existent here and I will drive elsewhere for anything gun related than go there again and let others know as well.nBusiness must be good very disappointed
Purchased GM junior cricket bat 24/12/24.nnFantastic customer service - came in looking for a ball to throw on the beach, walked out with a brand new stick of English willow for my cricket mad son.nnWade & his family are all cricketers, so he knew straight away what we needed:nnNeed a mallet to check the ping - no worries. Scales to measure weight - no worries. Cover to protect the bat for the trip back to Cairns - no worries. Little things that make a difference.nnAll the support but no pressure at all. Brilliant.nnGreat selection of kit - store seems like a bit of a hidden gem. Will certainly do business again and recommend to all.nnThanks Wade.nnMark & Ollie.
Customer service was bad but the store has a good selection of boxing/mma/muay thai equipment but they couldn't care to check if both of the boxing gloves i bought were left and right.had to drive 30 minutes back during peak traffic time just to get the gloves right, we got no apologie or anything besides a from a joke. they were $289 on the website thez were $320 in store.for some reason most of the products online are cheaper by alot but in store they are an extra 20-30 dollars.
