Friendly staff good range of products over all price ranges
I went in to the sports scene in mount isa to purchase a pair of shoes.. I always get good quality kayano asics shoes. I had my mask on ad had trouble fitting it.. the staff told me in such a rude manner to leave the store. Mind you I had $300 in shopping ready to pay for and they refused to serve me. My mad was always on it just slipped off my nose a bit.. never shopping at “sports power again” they have the cheapest stock in display and don’t actually help you to find the right shoe for you. They simply ignore customers.. that’s fine I have been trying to support small businesses for a long time but this is the most embarrassing thing.. I had a mask and they still treated me like a peasant. I will never shop here again nor recommend the terrible service to ANYONE.. made me feel like a criminal
Great prices, friendly staff. Brought bikes for the kids and the gentleman serving made sure they were secure and ready to go. Knocked a star off because slightly small range of exercise machines and not a lot of exercise clothes for a larger sized person in men or women.
A very big thank you to the gentleman in bicycle department who dropped what he was doing at a busy time to repair my punctured tyre when we were passing thru Isa recently. Fixed in less than an hour. Thanks also to service lady in same department. Great customer service not often encountered today.
Great service from Jeff. Very happy with my Mountain bike purchase which was recommended by staff.
Terrible return policy especially when it comes to sizing. I would advise to stick to online shopping because if sizing is ever an issue you can easily return the item for full money back guarantee and not be forced into only store credits. The staff do not point out the return policy to customers when making a purchase, which is another reason for this bad review. If the staff did point it out I would have never bought anything from this store! When asking for the head office contact they refused. I will be making a complaint to consumer affairs.
Great customer service. Provided with good information and advice.
Took my push bike in there for a service, the bike mechanic did a great job and gave great advice. Has a good selection of bikes and equipment and other sporting goods and clothing.
The owners are very knowledgable and more than willing to help any customer that enters the store.
Great help, friendly staff and experienced know how.
