As a retail worker and customer, I know very well never to come here to shop. None of the staff members ever greet me which is so disgustingly rude in my opinion. I would advise anyone to never shop here!
I’ve been coming to Top Ryde branch for 5 days in row to do an exchange which i bought from Burwood branch and i came at different timing and every time they are closed today Thursday 21 i came at 12:15 they were closed from 12:00 to 12:30 then i came back at 1 pm they are closed again for the lunch break and they are also closed on Wednesdays so I don’t know when they are working and when i can do me exchange as this is so unprofessional. Very disappointed from them .
The service at this Sportsgirl has never been good throughout its time at Top Ryde. However, it has somehow gotten worse over the years. When they have sales it's great. However the staff are the weak point.
I have been to Sportsgirl in top ryde a couple of times now and not once have I ever been greeted or asked if I needed any assistance. It’s such a shame because I love Sportsgirl fashion. However I’d rather drive across Sydney to parramatta and spend my money there. Maybe if they had some customer service people would actually buy their clothes
