First time here, wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived I was greeted with a welcoming smile and shown the waiting area. She asked if I wanted a berry tea or water. I opted for water and it was chilled and also had a chocolate log biscuit beside it.nMy therapist was Holly she was lovely, very professional and made me feel at ease. She was very fast and engaged in conversation the whole time, no pain either!!!nEven post appointment when I went to pay at reception, the lovely ladies staff who were there were so friendly.nThe rooms are spacious and the temp is just right. There is also ample parking for the one in Whitby.nDefinitely my new go to :

Came in first time last week to get layered Microneedling done with Caitlin, she is a star! Very knowledgeable, warm and friendly. She also tailored the treatment so I get the best result possible and suggested a treatment plan to get my skin to its optimal state unlike superficial facials that don’t treat the structure from within. Can’t wait for my next treatment in few weeks. Love your work Caitlin.

Tonight was my first time here for a full body massage with Billie. The atmosphere, service, and treatment were all wonderful. I felt very relaxed and cared for. Thanks so much.

I decided to take advantage of the spring special and I'm so glad that I did. Caitlin is amazing. I felt incredible afterwards and she suggested a regular treatment plan and options. Fortnightly payment plan makes things easier. I'm going back next week!
