Spilling the Beans Cafe

Good coffee and good service. The barista was was great and really friendly. A regular coffee costs $3.50 which is one of the cheapest spots in the city. The cafe opens later than most as well which is great if you're in need of an afternoon caffeine boost.

Forgot to ask their name but the brunette gentleman barista making our drinks recommended an Iced Latte when I asked for a drink similar to an Iced Cappuccino Canadian looking for a Tim Hortons drink and loved it! I also tried the Iced Mocha blended which also tasted great! I’ve asked more than 5 staff at different cafes in Australia in the 3 weeks and only received attitude with a weird look and no help so I GREATLY appreciated the barista for being so helpful and making such great drinks!! Will be coming again when we’re back in Sydney and hoping to remember to ask for his name and get photos to update this review! Thanks so so much dude, you’re the MVP

Bought iced chocolate and hot chocolate and they tasted quite awful. The iced chocolate was literally like powdered chocolate with water and a bit of milk almost like a cold hit chocolate. Not worth what you paid. Only reason I give 2 stars is because their desserts were lovely. Banana bread and apple crumble tasted really good!

Love this place. Lovely service, beautiful decor and presentation of menu items. A calm, mini escape from the city.

All women stay away! The barrister is a Masoginistic and disrespectful excuse for a man. I ordered an iced latte. While I was waiting, another man came up to talk to the barrister, a regular customer. They were discussing going out over the weekend to 'pick up chicks' and 'have a good look at the eye candy', because 'afterall that's what it's all about!''. I was appalled at the language these grown, seemingly intelligent men used to objectify women! It was one of the most disgusting conversations I have heard. Absolutely disgusted at the way these men think they can talk about women. The iced latte was half decent and overpriced.
