Great hot pot restaurant. Decent variety of choices. The mashed prawn and code roe is awesome, the wagyu beef is beautifully tender, and I loved the egg dumplings filling encased in an egg pocket. There are options for individual hot pots or a large one to share which is great for diners who like different spiciness, and of course dual split broth choices to have two different flavours separated in one pot. Robot food delivery is fun and very pleasant and attentive customer service by the 'human' staff as well. Lots of sauces and flavours to compliment your meal also.
Came here to celebrate my daughters birthday and I cannot recommend this place enough. The ambience, the robot trolleys and the novelty was great. The service was exceptional, the staff was so helpful, courteous, polite and always had a smile. The food was fresh and very good. Definitely worth the visit and hot pot experience.
Decided to try out this hot pot. We had to wait 45 minutes for a table, but that was our fault as we didn’t book. Staff were super friendly. Great ambiance and decor. The restaurant was very busy, which is a sign of great food. We tried a few things and it was really nice food. We choose the mild stock, but it was so hot. spicy kind of ruined the food a little for me. It was fun place with the robot waitresses and wagyu barbie. It was also quite expensive. Glad I went, I do recommend, but personally I wouldn’t rush back.
If you are looking for a good hotpot restaurant then this is definitely a go to go place. Love their cute barbie m. Nice and welcoming staff. Lots of side dishes and love their selection of spices. Would love to come back again.
The nicest dining experience I've ever had, courtesy of manager Jane. She was aware of my stringent dietary requirements and took the effort to ensure that her staff was aware of them as well. I love this restaurant since it easily has the finest hot pot I've ever had, as well as high-quality food, service, and overall experience. MANY THANKS TO YOU JANE AND YOUR TEAM! Additionally, I cannot forget the dessert that was given to me on my special day and birthday! Thank you Spicy world!
Reasons why this is one of my fave hotpot places to date! nice interiors and ambience large selection of soup flavours order by scanning the QR code on your phone robot waiter you can try two soups at a time in your own pot! they give you an apron so you won’t make a mess on your shirt complimentary snack section lots of sauces to choose from great service well priced for what you get Need I say more? Really nice atmosphere and delicious hotpot location. Personally this is above average but I would say the hot pot soup base flavours are not the best. It was very pricey but an enjoyable experience. I have gotten the low and moderate spice levels here but they are both extremely spicy compared to other hotpot locations.
Very nice hot pot. Highly recommended. First time also that I try prawn cake with fish roe, blew my mind overall, compared to others, there might be one or two hot pot places that have a bit fresher meat and nicer soup base, still not a 5-star breaker.
Great spot for hotpot! Obviously came for the cool robot serving up the dishes. Easy to reserve a table, menu is online and has English options, and you order through the app. Super quick service, everything was presented very well and all VERY tasty and fresh! Place was super clean as well, would recommend for group dinners!
Delicious and high quality ingredients - especially the wagyu It just melts in your mouth. The fish maw and roe was also a highlight, as well as the crab and roe balls. The interior is also well designed, and the waitstaff were very friendly.
