Absolutely delicious! So much flavour and options. Great cocktails. Beautiful venue. Friendly staff and fast service. We've been several times now and it's always great.
Please forgive us, Spice Den. For staying there, for walking past you, for going instead to Kobkunka Thai instead. We came back for dessert to salvage our evening. Beautiful, beautiful restaurant, service was super friendly and classy and the diners around us had aesthetically pleasing food with wonderful aromas. Restaurant was still at 80% capacity at 9 pm and ppl were clearly enjoying their dining experiences. Our absolute loss for not eating dinner here. Will have to make another trip in the near future. Dessert was a visually pleasing and dammed delicious. Thank you for the short, but lovely experience.
So tasty we came back twice in a week. Fabulous, fresh tasty food, great cocktails. Highly recommended
All I can say about this very unique restaurant is WOW! Service and staff amazing. But the food!!! Best Sashimi Ive ever eaten.
Had dinner at Spice Den on the last night of our babymoon, and wow did not disappoint! From the moment we sat down, service was impeccable, we didn't even wait anymore than a few minutes for our food, we ordered a bunch of entrees incl. Duck pancakes, soft shell crab, pork belly and satay chicken skewers, all to absolutely die for!!!! And then the mains arrived, shredded duck rice and BBQ prawns with glass Noodles, absolutely could not fault, absolute explosion of flavour!!!! And to top it off we were served complimentary coconut sorbet and even though we were on the verge of food comas, there was no turning that down! Worth every single penny, service from staff was phenomenal, food was hot, fresh and absolutely divine! We would 100% travel back JUST for the food, thank you!! 5 stars is not enough
Tonight we dined at Spice den. For a restaurant that has such a great reputation we were left disappointed. The food was tasty but not worth the price we paid. I felt like I had to constantly wave staff down and ask for things like a menu after they were taken away once we ordered 1 entree and our drinks? Unfortunately one of our mains came out wrong; after taking a few bites we realised and sent it back. We didn’t receive an apology and when we got our correct dish it was just put in the middle of the table with “here’s your curry”. By the time it arrived our rice had done cold and hard. The overall presentation of the restaurant was nice and the atmosphere was vibrant but the service was poor. It felt like no one was running the show and it was every service man/ lady for themselves.

Everyone I've met has always recommended Spice Den and I can say that the food is really good! Service was fast and didn't have to wait long for food, despite a busy Wednesday night. However, the cocktails served tonight did not meet my expectations. The cocktail had ice overflowing and it watered down the drink, and just made our table really messy. Final verdict: Definitely go for the food and maybe stick with a glass of wine for your visit
Good service and location but the food just wasn’t very tasty. The meals were so big too much of it ended up going to waste. The spicy chicken was over cooked and extremely basic, not much flavour. Just a big pile of oily non seasoned chicken with a side of spicy sauce from a bottle. The pork belly was also very underwhelming. Tasted like it was deep fried rather than roasted. The duck pancakes were actually pretty nice so maybe we just ordered the wrong things on the menu. We probably won’t be back to find out though. Also, close the doors guys the place was crawling with flies!
Every time we come here, everything we eat and drink is 5 stars. We have never had a bad experience, staff are friendly and accommodating, cocktails are next level. Great for sharing plates. Beautiful outlook onto resort and the restaurant is cosy and well designed
