I bought a pair of glasses from the Sunshine store and I only had them for a month. The lenses already had fine scratches on one side and a deep scratch to the other lens. What I don't understand is how easily they got there for scratch resistant lenses. The main disappointing factor was the service from the girl in charge of the store at the time. She told me there is nothing she can do and showed no concern towards the issue. She simply brushed me off. I later went for a second opinion to the Highpoint store, where they sent them away for repair right away. Whats that all about?

Great customer service by all staff, they helped me with all my requirements and Giao is a great optomertist who listens, cares and assists.

These guys require you to pay for your order in FULL before you even receive it. NO company asks for full payment on a product until you have received whatever it was your brought. DOWN RIGHT RUDE, and extremely unprofessional.
