Went for an Eye Test and also asked to Trial some different types of Contact Lenses. I was told the Lenses would be into the Shop in a few days time. I called back around 4 days later only to be Told Nothing had been ordered and nothing was on their System. I complained to The Manager over the Phone but found her to be Very Rude Obnoxious and Patronising and at NO TIME OFFERING ANY KIND OF APOLOGY. Called Head office in Melbourne and was Told the franchise owner Warren would be in touch as this was Not Acceptable. I Waited and Waited But No call Came nor any trial Lenses? I called Head Office again and explained this, only to be told WAYNE would definitely be in touch. I dropped into The Store to see if my Trial Lenses had Finally arrived, which they had. I also asked if Wayne was in Store and would it be Possible to talk to him. I watched The Assistant walk to an Office Knock and The Door Opened slightly and a Man was seen chatting to The Assistant at the door. I assumed it was Wayne? She returned back to me to say he was busy not even asking me if he Could Call me. This is all 100% True and just wanting to Make People aware that this is the Level of Service Spec savers Offers in Runaway Bay. I'm sure there are Plenty of Other Spec Savers branches that treat their Customers with a much Higher Level of Respect than this, so I would Choose another Branch if I were you.

I use to like this store but the last couple of times my son was prescribed glasses he didn’t need the staff were rude and in a rush there was no customer service and no helpful assistance picking out frames overcrowded inexperience and dodgy
