They only interested in making the most they can from our children!! My son has been going there for about 5 years, every 6 months have change glasses and I ask them please don’t let my son wear multifocal but they didn’t do it , they said my son has to have them, but that’s not the case. I went to see another optometrist and it’s nearly been a year now, he hasn’t had to change his prescription!! Also was told my son doesn’t require multi focal!! Specsaver always talk nice and act out good service but it just to up sell and feed you lies. Never going back. They don’t care for your children’s eyes only care about upselling!! Don’t say no one ever warned you. Go check elsewhere, tell me I’m wrong! Not every case, but I bet a lot of parents are being taken for a ride.

Fantastic service every time. Always go above and beyond and exceed my expectations The girls here are always so delightful and always eager to please. This is not my nearest store but i will not go anywhere else. I recommend this store to everyone i know any chance i get. Thank you x 😊😊😊

Purchased 2 pairs for 149.00 for my 12 year old had a great experience. Came back today and purchased a pair for myself. Can not wait to try the contacts again.

IT TRULY IS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE VISITING THIS STORE!!!!!!!! THE REASON THE GIRLS..... THE GIRLS THAT WORK HERE ARE JUST FANTASTIC. SUPER FRIENDLY LOVELY TO TALK TO AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL. ALWAYS WITH A SMILE ON THEIR FACES AND HAPPY AS . I VISITED THE STORE FOR MY RECENT EYE CHECK AND RAN IN TO PICK 2 PAIR OF GLASSES RIGHT AT CLOSING TIME ON A SATURDAY. NOTHING WAS TO MUCH TROUBLE AND IN FACT THE ADORABLE GIRL SERVING ME PICKED OUT A PAIR OF SUNGLASSES AT MY REQUEST AND DRIVING NIGHT GLASSES FOR MY PRESCRIPTION LENSES THAT WERE JUST PERFECT FOR ME AND I LOVED THEM. NOTHING WAS TO MUCH TROUBLE AND BOTH GIRLS ON THE COUNTER WERE DELIGHTFUL. I WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE. NOT ONLY IS THE SERVICE INPECCABLE BUT THEY LOOK SO SMART IN THEIR NAVY UNIFORMS. RARE CUSTOMER SERVICE INDEED!!!!!!

I was here on Monday for my regular eye check up and was absolutely happy with the service provided. I think the gentlemans name was Steve? He was very welcoming and was a great help whilst picking out my glasses!
