JJ is a wonderful optometrist - I found he listened to my concerns with respect, and explained - in layman's terms - why I couldn't have what I really wanted. I appreciated this very much! I don't think he works here all the time, but I wish he did. He is a wonderful credit to your business.
Such lovely friendly staff. Bright nicely laid out store. Speedy visit for my son who needed an emergency pair of contact lenses. They were so kind to give him a sample pack. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Appalling customer service. Arrived on time for my scheduled eye exam. Had the glaucoma check and then waited for over 30 minutes for the optician to actually have an exam - simply unacceptable especially as nobody from about 4 staff member who passed me by asked if everything was OK. Would give Zero stars if the system let me. AVOID THIS STORE
Exceptional service. I had tried an opposition store in 2 different locations and been given the short shift in both stores to the point I had given up on the idea of getting my old and beloved glasses a new life. As I was going to Spec Savers for the first time I took the old glasses with the sellotaped repair job from the other outfit and lo and behold a very nice young man renewed the ends on the old pair and they are like brand new again. They treated me so well I really want to go back and buy a new pair from them even though these old ones are perfect again. Thoroughly recommend these people and will use them again for sure. Thank you.

I ordered some glasses. The script was wrong. They offered to fix but I would have to pay extra. They accepted no responsibility, advising me I had not given the right information.That was not correct They then agreed to fix my glasses, I took them back and they then said they were no longer going to and gave me a refund. I put in a feedback. Caleb the owner called me and said that it would cost them too much money to fix so they would not do it. I am happy I got my money back but any goodwill I had for the store is gone. Abysmal and arrogant customer service.
Arrived 10 minutes late for eye test, but was still able to be seen. Good advice, good choice of frames and was able to order promptly.
Poor to nil customer service. Walk in wanting to buy new glasses. Asked to have glasses adjusted, the girl cracked the arm by over heating them to the point they burnt me and bending them in the wrong way. Then said im going to break them if I go any further and its your problem if you do. Before she could even quote the glasses I had selected I left empty handed.
