So impressed by the service here! From start to finish you feel welcomed and looked after. I mucked up my booking and the girls at reception worked to get me in for an appointment still and the optometrist happily fit me in. Was quick and easy and I received good advice. Special mention to Nikki who really made our visit special, her bubbly personality and willingness to go the extra mile is what makes a business like this a step above the rest!

My 19 year old daughter was told she had a cataract. $300 later a specialist said she didnt I contacted hoping they would reimburse me the money and got a flat no. Turns out she doesn't need glasses which she purchased 3 months before hand. I would rather spend the money on a specialist than run the risk of damaging mine or my childrens eyesight.
