The staff are wonderful and very helpful, they went out of their way to get me a discount of 25% from the RACQ, Very happy but twice now they have gotten my prescription wrong and had to have my eyes retested, its very annoying and time consuming, I think if they get it wrong, I should receive a further discount
My family and I all use this store for our optical needs and we have always been met with friendly, knowledgeable and kind staff. Darren Kellet is an excellent store manager and couldn’t recommend this store more.
Always plenty of staff on hand which is really unusual these days. Quick, smooth processes. Not a huge range of glasses but always something in there to suit my needs. I like going here and think it's a professional service.
I have been wearing spectacles for most of my life. The experience at Specsavers Helensvale has been the worst of all. I have been back to them 5 times to adjust my frames and still I have problems with the fitting and the vision. I suppose you get what you pay for. Next time it's OPSM at least they care about the client.
I recently had to have my child's eyes tested. Wow excellent customer service. Fantastic with children. Great range of frames to choose from. Thanku to all the lovely staff for making my child's first eye test exciting an enjoyable.
