I took some broken glass in well out of warranty with a bit of an emergency school camp in two day and no time to order new ones. The staff were so fantastic! Had the glasses fix with an extra arm and out the door in 5 minutes. Relieved a lot of stress and worry. Thanks for the great customer service!

uncaring staff,  waited for over an hour to have a 5 minute appointment. Wont be going back to this store it felt like a factory line . The only nice person was the original staffer who booked the appointment the day before but she wasn't there for the appointment.
