Worst Specsavers in Melbourne. A direct lack of communication with their customers...Never ever again
Covid restrictions made less than ideal visit. Salesperson standing beside me while I looked at frames, then putting anything I touched in basket to be steralised before going back on display made me feel very pressured to choose quickly. I ended up not liking my frames very much. Oh for the lockdown to fin8sh
Bad attitude, Adam has a habit of misconstruing the truth, overall Specsavers in general are bad, there are so many independent eye specialists out there, do your research.
Had a lovely experience with dr Samantha, fantastic optometrist, patient and efficient and made me feel very comfortable. Sales staff are kind and courteous, and I was very happy with the covid19 practices in place.
Exceptional service and professionalism, sales associate Shayne was very patient and creative exploring different frames within my style criteria. Would recommend to friends and family. Thanks again Shayne, 5 stars
I went to get my eyes checked here at Specsavers northland today. I saw Dr Samantha, she was excellent and explained me everything after eye checkup and cleared all my doubts. Really polite and nice doctor. Also want to thanks veena for showing different frames and helping me select one. Please pass this feedback to them.
