Highly recommend! Professional, courteous, super friendly and very efficient even when the shop is swamped with people. Many thanks to Annie I think that's her name the optometrist for being so lovely, informative and helpful. I felt she went well above & beyond the 'just checking your glasses prescription is correct' kind of service.
Had the best customer Service from Henry at the Chermside store, who looked up and down the store to help out with my broken glasses frame. He eventually found something that fit perfectly and was very kind, courteous and helpful. I had initially thought I would just get my frame glued back together, which occurred the last time something similar happened, but Henry truly went above and beyond to help me out. If you read this Thank you Henry! And I will definitely be back here to get my next set of glasses.
Such an amazing experience on my recent visits to Specsavers Chermside. Staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Store is clean and tidy and well arranged and appointed. Special mention to Madeline whom was wonderful, helpful and joyous upon selecting my frames but also remembered me two weeks later upon my return and made a point to continue her exceptional customer service towards me for my fitting even when her shift was imminently ending.
I had the best experience at spec savers chermside. Was greeted and helped within minutes of arriving, and the lovely ladies and gents were so accommodating with my myriad of questions. Got an excellent deal and will 100% go back when I need new glasses if I get the same service!
Staff are awesome. Great communication between them all. Given me options on my specs and sunnies. Very helpful and fast with customer service. Been going here near on 4 years and will continue to go here and have always referred my friends here and they have since kept going back as well.
In a busy working life time is precious, and buying something that is as important as your reading glasses for the next year or so is a major thing. My wife and I were just fitted with new glasses at “ Specsavers Chermiside “eye test , payment rebate ,choosing glasses that you like etc.etc The eye test was a pleasure thanks to Katherine fantastic quality glasses with a big selection. If you need new frames or glasses for the first time, Lance is amazing. Very honest with frames- the look, how they sit, the shape, he’s honest but that’s what’s you need. Sometimes what you think you like isn’t the right size or shape for you face. Lance is the best guy to help with frames.
Lily helped me with the fitting of my new glasses. She was very professional yet down to earth and lovely. Prior to this appointment, Josh helped me choose my glasses and was a wonderful help. Thank you both
Had such a great experience here! Lily was absolutely fantastic, helpful and great customer service as well as the girl on the floor with curly brown hair so sorry I didn’t catch her name but would definitely recommend based on my experience with the team
I am in a wheelchair and all staff were great. Nothing was too difficult. Tahalia was great. She advised me and found the best solution for me. Was a pleasure to deal with.
