I just had the most incredible customer service and experience at Specsavers Mt Ommaney today. My optometrist was Jessie, and she was fantastic! She was caring, thorough, attentive and really made sure she understood my needs before helping me to make informed decisions. It was then over to Jack, who was very attentive also. He explained my different choices and gave me a lot of education around them, helping me to make decisions that were right for me. They were also incredibly friendly and funny, who knew an eye test could be fun?! 10/10 customer experience! Would highly recommend Thank you Jessie and Jack
I had a first rate experience with Specsavers at Mount Ommaney, as has always been the case. The attention to detail by the Optometrist David was excellent. Jack was extremely helpful in assisting me to pick out frames suitable to both my age and personality and I can't thank him enough. In fact I was so impressed I took my 90 year old mother along a few days later to choose her new glasses. The patience and attention shown by both Jack and Dan was very much appreciated and I will certainly be recommending them at the Mount Ommaney store to all my friends. Thanks so much Nigel
Incredible customer service experience. I visited about 3 weeks ago and Huy was extremely patient and helpful while I chose my frames. He gave me perfect suggestions according to my preferences. He then made sure my prescription was correct, as I had my eye test at a different optometrist. Next time I’ll get tested here : The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I received my glasses in just over a week and have been loving them. Would highly recommend this store!
We left the shop as very happy parents after being served by Specsavers Mt Ommaney. Jessie the optometrist was calm, friendly and professional. Dan and his customer service team were impeccable! They always served with a smile and nothing is too hard or bothersome. We were trying on glasses for a while until we finally settled for one. They were patient as a mum with an ASD child -this is a must! and did not discriminate. The store just oozed kindness.
What a great experience at Mt Ommaney Specsavers! I have been going to this Specsavers for about 7 years and the service has always been fantastic. David Jones always gets my lenses perfect and the service from his sons, superb. Today a young man Jack helped me with my multifocals and he went above and beyond. Fantastic service and a professional attitude. Keep up the good work Jack.
Great experience all round. Greeting by Shirley out front was very friendly and helpful, not pushy or dismissive like some other optical stores, she couldn’t do enough for me - super helpful!. Everyone here had a great demeanour especially the optometrist doing my eye test who was happy to discuss any issues with my eyes and made sure I understood what all the test results meant for me but not in a hurried or rushed way - good stuff. Highly recommend this place due to the great staff and friendly and helpful attitudes.
I was very quickly served by Shirley who passed me on to Jack to order glasses with the frames that I had chosen. He was very polite and efficient, taking great care to listen to what I wanted and organising the glasses, adjusting the graduation to the level that suited my requirements. It was a very pleasant experience.
Haven't even received my glasses yet and wanted to say. What a wonderful team. So friendly and accommodating. Clearly all enjoy working together and customer service is a super high focus. Happy I went to Specsavers!

Great service from young Jack and Maddie today at Specsavers Mt Ommaney. With extra patience and a wee bit of humour they made the arduous task for me, anyway of choosing frames and completing my prescription process that much more pleasurable. I hope the branch manager realises what two outstanding young people they have working with them.
