First time visiting Specsavers in Carindale and after being quite reluctant, we were super happy with Liz's service. She made the process incredibly stress free and was an absolute pleasure. Highly recommend going in to see Liz if you have any queries.
Customer service was absolutely above and beyond. Staff are fantastic.

The staff are so rude, terrible customer service. Only go here if you have too. Would rather drive to Chermside then go to this store.

Hayley and the team at specsavers carindale went above and beyond for me this morning. I had two grumpy toddlers one of whom broke a pair of glasses!! and needed to get a bunch of things sorted. Hayley stayed calm and the whole team helped and fixed and accommodated us so well. Great service!!
The lady with short red hair just a floor staff was rude. The optometrist are very friendly and helpful. Not a wide range of varying frame styles.
