Extremely poor experience today in their denial of warranty replacement on well-cared-for, near-new frames that failed completely within months due to being made from cheap and shoddy materials, not fit for normal use in daily living. Hinge bent during the simple act of taking them off my face, with gentle care as usual. Many years ago, I worked for a state leader in Optometry, who often used to tell me in private "Avoid places like this, they use very cheap manufacturing with high rates of defects and just count on people not complaining because prices are low. They just make them buy new ones over and over again." I guess I understand that advice better now, now that I've learned from experience. Am looking forward to sending these to the lab of a friend who's a senior scientist in materials failure engineering.
Attended the Brookside store looking for a replacement nose pad for some sunglasses. Belinda and Zara were amazingly helpful. They replaced the pad, adjusted the glasses and did it all without charge. Amazing service, professional attitude and customer service. Congratulations team. It’s rare to find such a fast, pleasant and altogether stellar team. Thank you
A big shout out to Levi from Specsavers Brookside. I took my elderly father there for his over 75 eye test appointment and Levi's customer service was outstanding and supported my father during his assessment. He even cleaned and fixed my prescription glasses while we were waiting. You're amazing Levi, keep up the great work, Brookside are lucky to have you!

Very, very happy with Specsavers Brookside, very slick, very professional bunch of people. Not only did they do a thorough job of my eye examination, special thanks to Matthew and Hugo who were superb to accommodate me at short notice because a contact lens got stuck in my eye or so I thought. I was having issues with new multifocal lenses despite being a long time user. Levi at SpecSavers Mitchelton took the time to explain what he was doing and why during adjustment. He was caring and did not make me feel like a nuisance or wasting his time. Thank you Levi.

Recently I had new specs from Specsavers, for reading and long distance..I had to return them after approx. a month or so as there was blurring and distortion..I saw an optician and had my prescription updated and new specs. ordered, at Specsavers cost..The service and attention I had at Specsavers was excellent.
Amazing customer service. I recently went for an eye checkup there and had a very comfortable and informative optometrist checkup with Stephanie, and an excellent, caring, and patient discussion regarding the options of glasses to suit my lifestyle by Steven. AHM health insurance was recognised and covered at Specsavers. Thank you for your ongoing care, and I hope you will be recognised for your excellent customer service.
Great team always so freindly!! If you can ask to be served by Hugo or Tatina. So nice caring and they take the time to understand specially with complex health issues.
