For the attention of all potential customers visiting this store, the following is my experience with my daughter at this store. Hope it helps you. On April 18, 2023, I made an appointment with Mr. Benjamin of the store for my 8 year old daughter to eye check at 4:30pm. After a long time waiting it was Ms. Judy lee who checked my daughter. The report sheet that Ms. Judy gave me was very simple, except for the item "SPH", there was nothing to fill in other items. When I asked her why none of the other items were filled in, she replied that it was all on their computer and they would look at it when we got glasses in their store. the optometry service is not free, and the store have charged the government through Medicare. Why do the store think they can decide customers' consumption by not providing optometry results? So actually they didn't complete the service, but charged, is this a scam?
The most amazing store with the most fantastic staff and brilliant optometrist, Brendon! Thank you so much, you made my visit as always, seamless, easy and enjoyable, especially accommodating to my special needs. Thank you so much to everyone at Spec-savers Bentleigh. There is absolutely no one better than your store, your staff and your knowledge.
The staff have always been incredibly professional and accommodating. From the optometrist to the sales assistants I would highly recommend them. They are efficient, have great customer service and nothing you ask is too much trouble, from helping to select frames to servicing repairs. Finally, you get incredibly good value for money.
The most efficient, professional and friendly service I've ever encountered at an Optometrist. Jess was undeniably knowledgeable and had a strong willingness to explain everything to me clearly and concisely. She's a true gem of this establishment.
The team at Bentleigh are very professional & knowledgeable. My glasses had to go back for a revised multi focal lense which was dealt with expediently. So far so good. I highly recommend Specsavers Bentleigh!
I can’t recommend this store enough! The staff and customer service was brilliant. I needed a pair of glasses bought in UK Specsavers repaired and they got it sorted in 5 days!

I have dealt with Spec Savers for years and only this time did they get it wrong . The glasses were wrong and made it difficult to see, however they quickly retested me and arranged new glasses which are great. The staff at Bentleigh are all first class.
My first time getting my eyes tested and everything went smoothly. Everyone was very helpful and were able to answer any questions I had.
I received excellent service today. The optometrist was very thorough and she had excellent communication skills. Then Diana showed me a range of glasses and she was a huge help for me in deciding which ones to purchase. I was extremely impressed with her attention to detail and pleasant manner.
