Worst people to talk to always rude i tried being patient but ultimately had to answer back.  I was even told to go buy stuff from somewhere else when I was just asking to fulfill what they promised. The payment was done from our side still had to struggle.

Rang up about a Toyota ignition part and got quoted $445 + gst. Rang two more wreckers and got the same part for 200 + gst and could also inspect the part prior to purchase unlike Spartan.

Had the parts for a 96 corolla, just waiting for seatbelt. Friendly and priced ok. Recommended

Absolutely rubbish customer service. Racist person at the counter.wouldn’t even let me check my part told me to pay first.

Was quoted a part on trade me for a great price but then given a price for over x3 the original quote. How do you justify that? Customer Service said they would call back about the price, but had to call them and then said they already sold it. Misleading and misinforming customer after much time spent on locating a part and then this...

this company is a scam, please attention to all trades and customers. I own a mechanic shop, i was quoted through parts trader an engine for Toyota raum. I bought the engine, paid cash, engine was faulty. I asked them to replace it. After a month they sent me another engine. took me 2 days to install the engine. Faulty engine again, 2 engines they ripped me off. than they said if u want a refund, you have send back the engines and we will refund you. I will be taking this to the media. Please stop buying from these crooks!

The worst ever experience with this guy just mucking me around and giving hopes for calling me back... if you are ready to waste your time.. chose to buy here! Good luck!

So expensive for a part. Like you can understand they ripping you off.

gotten parts from them twice, got the parts when no one else could. would pay off to have a chat with them & verify on the bits. fast delivery

Really good for all your Japanese 2nd hand spares part's and they won't rip you off.
