It’s hard to be positive, several times I have come into the store, I have never left with a solution. In fact one time the bloke wiped my contacts. Lovely store, lots to see and buy but not sure about the abilities of the people we end up dealing with. Very quick to send you away to phone the faults no.

This place is horrible! They used to lock clients out, but still want their money. They served people who came in after me first. Then asked for my driver's license before they would answer a query about the account! This last visit I found them to be totally rude. The time before,  there was a really nice young man who was really helpful.

I found this shop layout easy to maneuver around.  It is well lit, unfortunately the staff were rather busy, so I wasn't able to have my needs met at the time. I'm going to return when they are a bit quieter.

It’s ALWAYS a bad experience, after 37 yrs as a customer it’s come to the point of why? To wait in a queue incessantly? Never have issues resolved correctly? And then face the horrible reality of you have to queue again…  To walk away always feeling ripped off? Time for a new company.

New ownership since I last visited. Experience poor no call backs staff too busy. Visiting again today let's see if it has improved
