When I first met Marianne at Space Station Storage I was immediately struck by her efficient and professional manner which gave me confidence in storing my personal things with this storage company. I found the whole process eg access during normal business hours, parking in the loading bays, trolleys to load my boxes and store in my storage unit etc, an easy process. We have had storage at Space Station for several years and have always found the team there, and Marianne in particular, brilliant to work with, helpful, supportive and always doing everything they can to make our jobs easier.
After 15 years in storage, nothing was covered in dust! Amazing! Marianne is an amazing person to deal with - she couldn’t be more helpful or friendly- and she remembered my name. Space Station has easy vehicle access and trolleys are freely available to move your things. The old school lift is fun to use. Highly recommended
You need to store your stuff at Space Station! The location in Parnell is unbeatable, the atmosphere is pleasant old factory vibes with wooden floors and most importantly the customer service is amazing. It's nerve-wracking moving house at the best of times, and Marianne answered all of my questions by email promptly, helped us pick the right size unit, and when we moved out our balance was refunded quickly. I would 100% recommend them and will be using them again in the future!
