Amazing and super friendly service. It was my first time using this service as I am from out of town and I was so impressed with how welcomed I felt and the best thing was that I didn't have to wait around for my washing as the staff were there taking care of it. Amazing. Will definitely use again when back in Taupo.

Washed and dried clothes fine but drying is very expensive and when i went in woman working there was friendly but when i went back to collect clothes she completely ignored me and was extremely rude even after I’d said Thankyou twice. Wouldn’t go here again because of this
