For someone who had never had a massage or particularly likes being touched by a stranger, this was the the most wonderful, relaxing and welcoming place I have been. As soon as I walked in it was a special experience, Chelsea was absolutely brilliant and Tania made a gloriously tasty smoothie. Thank you so much I will definitely be back for more!!!!
My daughter gave me a facial gift voucher, so I redeemed it, when you arrive you are warmly welcomed, given a warm robe, and shown to a change room. When you have changed into your robe, you are shown to a lounge where you are given a lovely iced tea, mine was peach, then you go through to your room with the therapist, the lights are dimmed, and the facial starts, I'm in heaven! For 75 minutes I was pampered, my face felt amazing. And the facial massage, to die for, the head massage, oh my, and the arms, lovely., then you go out into another lounge and given water and camomile tea, then you get changed, but you feel fantastic, most highly recommended. Love it.
Walking into spa eleven after a testing 24 hours, I instantly felt grounded. I was greeted by Tania in the reception and was shocked that she remembered me I moved from Bendigo over 7 years ago. The robe was super warm and delicious!! My therapist was Bridie, who was amazing. It was a cold day and little things like keeping my feet warm and covered was so nice. Peaceful music, beautiful massage and facial, paired with a scrummy detox tea.... amazing! I would highly recommend the Spa Eleven team- what an amazing Mother’s Day gift!

Awful experience here, would not recommend unless you want to be treated rudely and be made to feel extreamly uncomfortable during treatment. Will not be returning.
Just tried the cafe and the food was fantastic! I had the smashed avo for breakfast, awesome! I recommend!
Very relaxing. A little pricey for your time but it’s very very worth visiting!
Simple delicious healthy food, with good plant based and keto/palaeo food
