Made a warranty claim for a light well out of statutory warranty and they have been truly outstanding. Called them to explain the problem a replacement light arrived the next Day.
Great company to deal with and quick turn around.
Had an issue with a pool light which was two months out of warranty. Sent it in and it was tested, fixed and returned within days. Amazing service from the helpful company.
Have had to replace my pool led lights every 2-3 years. The lights fill with water or just fail. Have discussed with customer service not much help offered a 5 % Discount to replace a 18 month old light.
This place is amazing and has all good service and products really glad that we have used them very impressed at overall performance hopefully will use them again in near future great team of employees
Had Rose fix a faulty light. Impeccable service. Would highly recommend this companies products and service. Very Quick turn around I had my lift fixed and delivered within 3 days!!
