Had a really good experience throughout. From ordering my Corolla back in early April, Lavinia kept me up to date on the delivery. Her manager at the time James was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, supporting Lavinia and also guiding me through the process, as I had a bad experience with Sci-fleet buying my Mum’s car. Would highly recommend Lavinia and if you ever get the pleasure to deal with James - you will be in good hands! There were many times we were all frustrated with how long it all took, but for me, it was indeed worth the wait after the floods claimed my last beloved car of 16yrs. The hybrid is a very practical choice!
I bought my first new car here and they were super helpful! I compared few different cars from different brands also different Toyota dealerships but this Toyota dealership was only place contaced me to ask if I need any assist and this is why I chose them. I was very lucky, they had a stock for exact model I wanted, so I got my car only in 3 weeks. My dealer Mark Bey was really nice, made me feel very comfortable. There were no force like other dealers does. Everything went smoothly, super happy with my new car. Also thanks to William who helped me with finance part. Highly recommend this guys!!
The service I experienced 2 days before a Christmas driving holiday was exceptional! From the reception staff, the technicians and the service hand over staff. They all went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was ready to go. I can’t thank you all enough!
I have had an issue in my car and Darren went above and beyond helped out fixing up all the faults - Darren have a great customer service always listens to your concerns and try as much as he can to provide all the necessary assistance and repairs. I was a happy customer dealing with Darren and recommended him for his professionalism. Thanks again Darren!
Beautiful new building,lot of friendly staff at hand to help, service department is great too. Jack at car sales is very helpful and though he is not that talkative as others but he has a friendly and helpful attitude. "Kai Smith "at finance is a professional who knows what he does and he is good at it. Very approachable and supportive through out the process. Tea/coffee facility,clean and open office space is appealing, plenty of parking spots is perfect.
Conversations about buying the car were prompt and friendly, and the immediate follow up for contract details was also good. However, experience on pickup of the used car was awful! Car NOT as described and detailing made the car look worse with polish all over black plastics, polish burn on some panels, interior screens and dash COATED in some sort of greasy film. Took 4 hours to complete registration paperwork and hand over the keys. Any attempts to raise concerns over cleanliness and condition of car were rudely swatted away and deferred. Will Not visit any of the Southside Toyota yards again. Took the shine away completely from the new car experience.
I called Southside on short notice last week to get a valuation done on my Landcruiser before shipping it overseas. Gary took it apon himself to help me out and sorted me out the next day without a second thought. Super friendly and great to deal with. Will be using him from now on instead of my local Toyota. Highly recommend
They always talk about customers experience after sales , I would like to say this place has the worst after sales service! After multiple visits they made the situation even worse seems like will need to escalate to ACCC. Not recommended to deal with this branch . Did call Darren any waiting to see he can fix this !
I was really surprised by the comfort of the waiting room area, it almost offset the inaccurate times given to pick up my car. They have a viewing window into their workshop, which I found very interesting and the coffee machine is But, if you expect to have your car ready by the time given, you'll be extremely disappointed, frustrated and annoyed. No courtesy call, to inform you that things are running behind schedule. Would be nice. The service centre employees, have been very professional and friendly. If it wasn't for that and that waiting room, I'd definitely give one star, based on never having my car ready, when a time has been agreed apon.
