Open-air cocktail bar with stunning design features including five contemporary cabana lounge booths, an eclectic mix of furnishings and lush, greenery accents creating a place where friends and family can come together.

Enjoy delicious tapas with a favourite cocktail, premium beer or spirit from a diversely stocked bar while overlooking the Fankhauser Reserve. With a specialist cocktail menu and a cocktail of the week created by our mixologists, there's something to satisfy every palet.

Our new delectable tapas selection is available in single serve or on share platters and includes gluten-free and vegetarian menu items. The food menu is available from Thursday to Sunday. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday food is available from 5pm. On Sunday food is available from 12pm.

Unwind from the working week with our Friday night acoustic sessions from 5pm, on Saturday nights get the party started with DJ beats kicking off at 7.30pm, and on Sunday end the weekend with acoustic sessions from 1pm.

Cabana Bar & Lounge is well-known by locals for its social and laid-back atmosphere and is a stellar destination for small or large groups looking for a fun night out. It has become renowned for hosting fantastic specials lifestyle events.

Cabanas and seating areas can be reserved exclusively for a $200 deposit per area. The non-refundable deposit is redeemable on the day of hire towards food and beverage. Entire venue hire is also available.

Great place to watch a game and to eat. As a member you get a discount. The service is very friendly. We'll come again. We recommend this place.
The aviary on the top floor is where it’s at. Half price food on Wednesday nights. I can’t imagine going anywhere else on wednesdays. Cocktail/mock tail menu is also quite interesting!
Sharks sharks sharks, what a great club. Conference venue, pokies, buffet dinner and ala carte menus on offer. Cocktail bar and lounge with dance floor. There are ATM's on site with massive shark tanks. :. Wheelchair friendly. Even Fin's wine cellar on site for the decerning connoisseur. Kids play area. Keno bingo. MANTRA accommodation adjacent to the club for overnight stays. Oh yes, did I mention there is even a pitch to watch the Sharks AFL games? It's a great day out. A must visit.
Buffet. In my opinion the food is not as good as it was years ago. Prawns look good, but no ham available. And wasn't told the drink cups were extra, so had to stand in line again while the kids waited for me.
It was family Christmas at Southport Sharks! Thought id treat my kids to a Christmas dance and dinner out. Thank you sharks as this is our second year for Christmas buffet here with the LOL crew ‍‍ We had a great time! Also won some free bevys on the way out can't drink it tonight bcos im driving but thank you for the goodies
Good looking club. Lots of poker machines. Just a pity that a glass of Pepsi cost AU$ 4.40 Friendly staff. And if you go there before 9 PM as guest you don't need to register.
Food is fair to average, but expected in a Buffet Setting. Little freebies such as beer or softdrinks which are on offer in a door prize scenario. If your not a Member, it's cheaper to pay $5 for a 12month Membership, which Takes $10 off the Buffet Price. All in all not too bad.......Don't forget to check the Sharks out in the Massive fish tank at the Entry!
Great place, first time there but I wish I had of visited during the afl season and been able to view a game. Nice food at the restaurant, nice desserts at the Cafe. I do want to try the buffet here some time. Free drink on membership sign up, members discount is very good in relation to guest prices.
Excellent place for lunch, dinner or coffee and cake. Meals have always been fresh and well presented. The staff are friendly and they have a great selection of poker machines to keep you entertained. Would highly recommend this venue
We all went for dinner, wasn’t good at all. I don’t think we will be back in a hurry. Rice, noodles, veggies, Spring rolls were all COLD! All the staff look depressed. Paying for my food and no manners and all. Not good at all. Really upsetting. Booked a table over a week ago, and got all the way at the other side of the restaurant even tho no one was sitting there. Booked at 5:30. Not many people were there.
