Thanks for prompt response to the Alarm at Ozcare Keith Turnbull Place , Labrador on New Years Day evening. I'm sorry couldn't offer you chocolates or put in an order for your Calendar. Thanks for great Community Service. Happy New Year!

What a rude arrogant lot of officers who attended tonight - I stood out in the cold waiting for them, not an emergency as I advised when I called it in,  walked past me like I did not exist, did not tell me what the problem was altho the alarm had been going off for about 15 minutes , checked the source of the alarm, turned it off and walked out the gate without a thank you, goodbye, nothing. Next time instead of calling 000 and advising there was a problem,running around the block of units trying to see if everyone was ok and checking to see if there was a fire or smoke, I shall stay in my unit in the warm and let someone else worry about the constant alarm and beeping from the control panel. Makes you wonder why you bother, try a little bit of politeness next time guys!

There are so many heroes out there again during these floods. You guys left my grandson and daughter to burn to death on 11/4/2020 in Biggera Waters, in a first floor unit. SHAME. You are not heroes. You are not even men.

Wth no one didnt get the call even i called them 3 times,,  if there is a big fire, what they can do ? Who can fight with the big fire ,, maybe they need to be increased a call centre worker,,
