Awesome service, got my lost property sorted within 20 mins.
I’ve put one star only because I can’t put zero stars. Worst customer service I have experienced in many, many years. Extremely rude and blunt woman in charge of Lost Property and I assume I all other secretarial duties. They had my cooler bag which I had groceries in for about an hour and they threw out all the perishable items, so now I have to redo my shopping. No compensation. She didn’t even mention it when she gave me back the bag. I looked in the cooler bag and noticed that there were no food left in it, no apology, nothing. Just ‘yeah, we throw out perishables’... could have at least mentioned that to me on the phone when I spoke to you! Awful, just awful! I wish I got her name, she needs to check her attitude.

Friendly staff and great services Where as some driver's need some more education on road rule's.
The 734 is regularly late! And don't ever bring it up with the drivers because they react by shouting at you using abusive language and try to kick you off the bus. One driver for a week was at least 8 minutes late each day and then everyday stopped the bus and went to the toilet. He'd only left the Noarlunga station 20 minutes earlier where they have a scheduled break for such things
I bought my son a gaming monitor and Jaime's help and knowledge from IT was amazing. My son was very happy.
