I got an ultrasound here in August 2020. Everyone I dealt with, from the receptionist to the sonographer, were polite, friendly and professional. My appointment was on time and I found the whole experience to be very straightforward.
Lovely people but be prepared to pay for parking which is located on their building .. $15 for every 15 minutes after 2 hours.... On street parking limited
Always happy to come here. Staff is nice, the facility is clean and modern, and parking in the building is for free you just need to validate your parking ticket. I cannot give 5* because they made a mistake with booking my appointment. Let’s hope it will not happen again.

Book in with them, turn up early as requested. Then told you are in the system but booking wasn't reserved. No help to fit me in as I took the day off work for scan
The radiologist was very courteous, professional and explained the MRI in detail. The facilities were very clean and easy to find. There is plenty of paid parking which can be validated at reception or the option of off street parking. Overall a pleasant experience and great customer service.
Ridiculously long wait on the phone waiting to book, listening to a repeated message about how good they are.
