This was a fantastic experience. WE had custom made windows. Delivery was prompt and quality excellent. Cannot fault them.

Yes, useless. Window we got from the company had scratch marks, phoned minimum five times the company. The only thing they say they have to come and watch. More than year pass since I call them first time and asked to come... One star rating too much. Got response on the google review from the company. As suggested, I called the company. The company told me as one year has passed they are not going to do anything with the window. First time I called the company following day after installation. Nice way of warranty service. Unfortunately google does not provide negative rating.

Unbelievable, people!! Just avoid the company!! Absolutely horrible service, unprofessional staff and no warranty service.

As previously stated, this company doesnt deserve a single star. To put a fly screen door in it took them approx 8 visits. 8. A mix of "missing parts", "wrong sized parts", "need a 2nd technician", and throw in a few no shows. Obviously my time isn't important and I should just sit at home all morning for them to fail over and over. The manager took over 2 weeks to get back to me when I had had enough of being mistreated. The screen door they finally installed is garbage. No latch, and the doors just swing open with any signs of wind. Avoid this company at all costs if you can help it.

The saga continues. The only reason I gave them a one is cause there is nothing lower. One of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with. Their manager Matty is a useless person who has no idea on customer service. I've been stuffed around now since October for fly screens, today they rocked up to finish what they started 3 months ago and still not right came to fit the fly screens only to find out they were the wrong size. Matty was quick to blame the service man without checking if it was he's fault or not. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST
