I have some investment properties in Warwick and have had Southern Downs Realty looking after our properties for many years. I have received excellent service and have complete trust with the staff in the property management team. My first experience with a property manager was Debbie Kinlyside who I have been with for about 12 years now, she is an awesome property manager. And I have sold one property through Rick Kinlyside. Rick is a top bloke, he is very good as a sales agent and I would sell with him again.

I Met Ben Lubben professionally during our search for a residence in Warwick Qld . During the process of locating a property that identified with our particular needs and the subsequent inspections arranged by Ben were accurate beyond our expectations . Ben had listened carefully to our ideal property description for style , location and price range with the result that we purchased one of the houses within 36 hrs after inspection . Contributing factors were very simple , Ben had listenedto our requirements and had briefed himself on all the relevent information concerning the house so could answer all questions .
