I am happy and glad to be one of the students at the Southern Cross Education Institute, located in Melbourne. I am taking my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. I got a professional trainer; her name is Ms. Carolyn. She is very humble, friendly, and patient. The administration there is also very helpful if I have difficulty getting information or when I have problems with any of my work. They respond quickly.
I was once a student of SCEI, taking Certificate IV in Ageing Support. I learned a lot from this school. What I appreciated most is when they upgraded their websites learning platform. It was so nice! Great and inspiring teachers too. Now I am working in an Aged Residential Care in New Zealand!
This institute is disgusting. I have seen discrimination with Indian students so many times. Fails them in lab and during placement, just for small reasons. Trainers needs trainings on assessing students BUT this institute expect everything from students.
