These guys are amazing! 3rd time bringing my my car for issues that couldve been difficult to diagnose and all 3 times they fixed it. They are professional, fair and reasonable. We all know how difficult it can be to find a good mechanic. Definitely recommend, espcially with 4x4 vehicles.
I Have been getting my cars serviced by Andrew at Southern Cross Automotive for 10 years now. The service is outstanding and quality of workmanship second to none. Walking into the workshop at first glance you know straight away there will be no cut corners and nothing but quality. They cater for all Aspects of the mechanical trade and maintain constant communication throughout the service, with no uncertainty. I highly recommend using Southern Cross Auto your guaranteed a high level of experience, friendly relations, 100% quality of work and no short cuts. My car has done 200,000kms and has never missed a beat thanks to the quality, care and honesty of Andrew and his workers.
Excellent service and very trustworthy. They have a key box so you can drop your car off and pick up after hours. I get my van serviced here every 6 months and every time I get great service and honest advice about what and when should be changed. They're a bit out of the way of most suburbs, near SYD airport, but absolutely worth the journey, will definitely continue to use and recommend. One time after a service my engine oil light came on indicating there was too much oil, I gave them a ring and they told me to bring it back and they completely drained and refilled the oil immediately as soon as I arrived on the spot and apologised profusely - there's not much more you can ask for when a mistake is made! Excellent service.
The Guys at Southern Cross Automotive are fantastic! From the moment you call to book your car in to the time you pick it up you are left feeling confident it’s in the right hands! The customer service, presentation and attention to detail of the guys is second to none. The work shop is immaculate and very professional, you can tell the guys have pride in their work and look after the customers. You're kept informed and up to date with the progress of your repair. Previously dealing with typical mechanics I wish I'd found Southern Cross Automotive years ago.
