The reception staff are wonderful, definitely the best out of any GP I’ve been to. I was struggling to get my medical information from a different clinic and Simone the receptionist was so kind, offered to sort it out for me and got back to me within 10 minutes to say it was all done. All the other reception staff I spoke to were also outstanding. The doctor was very helpful and explained everything clearly to me and was happy for me to ask questions. This will definitely be my GP from now on
Modern new premises and had positive interaction with one of the GPs who was lovely. But what really made this encounter special was the front desk staff, especially Bethenny. I also work in health and seeing the way she warmly and compassionately greeted not only me but everyone who came in was really endearing. 5/5
I always feel so welcomed and so well looked after at Southern Clinic. I won’t go anywhere else! Kind and respectful staff, beautiful facilities and expert advice. Couldn’t recommend more.
