Strongly recommend. I accidentally cut my finger and it was really deep and didn't stop bleeding so I went to this clinic. Dr Filip Vukasin and the nurses did a small surgery with two stitches for me. They are more professional than I could have imagined. Really appreciated.

My wife and I were visiting from Canada and  I had a bit of a medical emergency - not enough to head for the hospital, but one that required a quick-thinking, competent doc to lay out a treatment plan. Dr. Peter Bennett was the physician on duty and the receptionist slipped me in on a Saturday morning. Once Dr. Bennett had my medical history from the Canadian database he immediately came up with a plan of action. It worked, and we're really enjoying our time in Melbourne. I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic and Dr. Bennett to anyone looking for a caring and compassionate doctor in Melbourne.

I contacted this clinc early on Saturday morning and told them I feel really bad, because I have fever contacted you instead of online booking; however, I had a negative Covid-19 test last night. The reception, Sofia, told me you need to take another test before I can book your appointment, we have two appointments available today so take your time. After 7 minutes, I called them and she said there is no booking available! Good on you with your terrible attitude! I feel so bad that I needed to give you one star to be able to write as you deserve a zero star!

The doctors here are great and the reception service are pretty good as well. I lived closer to MyClinic Southbank yet always found this place to be much better. That said, I wish it wasn't mixed billing or the fees were slightly less.

I visited this clinic for the first time and was very impressed with their efficiency and professional service.  If you are making your appointment online, you can complete your registration form to save time filling at the clinic. The front office staff at this clinic are friendly, courteous and helpful. My child saw Dr Christine who is friendly, knowledgeable and thorough with her examination.  She takes time to listen and explain.  We are grateful to have a caring, professional and experienced doctor so close to our home. This is not a bulk billing clinic but the gap payment is very reasonable for a high level of service.  I was also very impressed that the management of this clinic takes feedback seriously as seen by actions taken based on a feedback survey done recently. Keep up the great work!

The best GP I've ever been to, my appointment felt like a back and forth conversation that I was included in. I left so happy with my appointment and the treatment I received from the doctor as well as the receptionists that I almost cried. Highly recommend especially in regards to mental health.

Dr. Peter Bennett is just a legend, he has been our doctor for over 6 years and I highly recommend this clinic, the rest of staff are incredible, the must delightful and we'll mannered receptionists, and other health professionals are incredible also! Reception always very attentive. Nurses are extremely friendly and sensitive to women's needs. Doctors listen, care and send you for the right tests. Good follow up practices I've never had to chase them. Sometimes they have different drs that do not stick around and hard to build rapport. I always stick to familiar names and get excellent service. Worth paying the out of pocket fees for.

I would highly recommend this clinic, it turned out to be a really good experience.  The team of doctors and nurses at the clinic is extremely professional, caring and highly competent. A Special thank you for the receptionist who went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my visit and also help me call a cab at the end of my visit. Dr. Peter Bennett and his team are the most dedicated, attentive, knowledgeable doctors I've seen. They show genuine care about your need. Even though there's a bulk billing clinic nearby, I'd still only choose to go southbank medical clinic. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. Sending the team my heartfelt thankfulness for their excellent work.
