Amazing service each and every time. Recently just had a tyre replaced after a puncture.  The BMW service consultants always call with a report prior to completing any work.  Loan car always available when I need one and my own car is always washed and looked after.

Fantastic customer service and a genuine sense of care from Adrian not me when something went off track.  It's all good when things go to plan, but sometimes they don't and what I take away from my experience is that Adrian values his customers and doesn't waste time fixing an issue when it arises.  Thank you Adrian and Daniel for turning my experience around.  I'll gladly purchase another from the team at South Yarra, and anyone considering a BMW should know that if you buy a BMW from South Yarra you'll most likely have a fantastic experience, but if for some reason you don't; they won't leave you high and dry.

Little did I know yesterday morning that today I would be taking delivery of a Brand New BMW M340I LCI. The team work and Sales ethic of the crew at South Yarra BMW was absolutely amazing. They turned the deal around in 24 Hours and it's the sharpest deal if seen in OZ on one of these beauties. Massive shout out to Baz Kaya, Kenneth Lo and Alice Wei for the amazing work. Im blown away by the car and the service. Highly recommend these guys.

We have bought 3 cars from South Yarra BMW and will write an objective review. Over 5 year period, we bought an M2, an X530d and most recently a G80 M3. In our latest M3 purchase we were going to pick up another M car from a competitor dealership off their showroom but was persuaded by the newly promoted manager Ken to wait for south Yarra to deliver it. We ended up waiting for 3 months which we absolutely did not mind, as we wanted to keep our good relationship with them being returning customer. Unfortunately they have ordered the wrong interior feature. And this is when things go really wrong with the honesty of the manager and how the dealership handled it. Firstly the manager lied and said the interior was not available to order which was clearly wrong. When confronted with this, a quick email from the manager was “we apologise for the inconvenience caused” without providing a resolution. On pursuing further, the offer was a “weekend getaway” in Melbourne to compensate for a $7000 feature loss. I understand mistakes can be made but the dishonesty and attempt to push away the concern for a 3rd time returning customer has exemplified the attitude of the manager and the dealership. I was happy to come to a resolution however there was no reciprocal reaction. We were fine with being a loyal returning customer but unfortunately when things go wrong you would have to expect the worst reaction from this dealership. I have been so put off I will not return as a customer and most likely will put my car for sale soon.

We have purchased several cars from South Yarra BMW over the years, and each time we're impressed by their level of professionalism, dedication, and commitment to customer satisfaction. They truly go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are completely satisfied with their purchase.  Special thanks to both Kenneth and Albert for being very personable and friendly, and making the experience of buying a car a truly enjoyable one.

It was the great service I received from a group of very professional people. With  the initial contact with Mr Trent Foster,  and following  with Kenneth Lo and Baz Kaya who were never  egoistic, No pushy sales tactics and prepared to listen. One may ask as to why I purchased a vehicle from South Yarra BMW and not BMW in Cairns. It was the initial contact on a weekend with Mr Trent Foster on on a different vehicle and the prompt replies to all the questions. Having the choice, these were the reasons I stayed with South Yarra BMW for more than a year  waiting for a vehicle. After the sale the follow up was just great. I do really have faith in you guys

This BMW showroom is probably the best I have been and dealt with so far. Have been to almost all BMW showrooms in Melbourne and a couple more in Sydney. The level of service, effort and dedication the staff put in is beyond imagination. I was truly astonished by the commitment of salesperson named Gevin. Whether you make a purchase or not, they will make you feel welcome. If anyone is looking at purchasing a BMW I do recommend checking out this place before making a decision.

Such a great experience at BMW South Yarra from the start to delivery. Baz was amazing to deal with, so professional and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble. Mia was great on the finance side of things and Grant was fantastic when it came to delivery and showing me how to use the car. Definitely our dealer moving forward.

Purchased my first BMW from South Yarra and I was treated to a five star experience with Baz Kaya who is terrific. He was patient, fun, understanding, enthusiastic and professional. Baz’s knowledge on all things BMW had me amazed and it meant he was able to match me with the perfect car which I absolutely love. I was well looked after and never felt pressured. When the car arrived I was met with patience again as Chloe Foskett went through all the bells and whistles! I can’t recommend the team at South Yarra highly enough.
